I am the person who finds genuine joy in a well-balanced ledger, who gets excited about what the numbers are actually saying beneath the surface, and who believes that understanding your finances should feel like clarity, not chaos. My curiosity does not stop at the edge of a spreadsheet. It pushes me to keep learning, keep connecting the dots, and keep finding smarter ways to serve the business owners who trust me with their books.

But when I am not number crunching? You will find me on a sideline, cooking, enjoying my family, or out for a motorcycle ride.

Quickbooks Diagnostic
Where we evaluate the current processes, Chart of Account structure, identify any retroactive work that may need completed as well as ideas on how to make improvements moving forward. This discovery helps us to build a customized proposal of services for each client.
STEP 3
Proposal & Onboarding
We send over your customized proposal for approval. Once you give us the green light, we officially begin the onboarding process.

FAQs
Do you work virtually?
Yes! We are 100% cloud-based and work with clients nationwide.
What software do you use?
We are QuickBooks Online (QBO) loyalists. For payroll, we highly recommend and partner with Gusto.
Are you able to work with my accountant?
We are bookkeepers, not CPAs, so we do not file your returns—but we are able to prep your books perfectly for the person who does. At year-end, we compile a complete annual digital tax package with all your necessary financial data. If you have a CPA, we will gladly act as your liaison, corresponding directly with them to hand over your tax package and making sure your business is fully taken care of at tax time.
Do you have a specific industry you work with?
Short answer is no; never too small hasn't been too big (yet) We believe being well rounded helps to better support our customers because at the end of the day they need someone who does understand accounting and can help keep them organized and help to keep this area of their business under control.
Do we offer monthly, quarterly, or annual services?
Yes to all of the above! The frequency will vary depending on the needs of the business.
How do we communicate and deliver reports?
Our preferred method of communication is through the use of our client portal. The portal allows messages to be exchanged and questions to be asked from both our side and the client. Our portal is also where the financials will be published to.
Do you use AI bookkeeping software?
Although Quickbooks is very much moving with the trend of AI, we firmly believe that accounting and your finances still require a human to oversee and control the work being done. There are some AI tools that can help to streamline daily processes however we are not at the point of throwing all of our eggs into that basket!
